We have updated the site so you can now see and manage any messages online.
On all the Premier Packages we have added the facility to manage all your received messages including the very rare ocassions when we have been unable to get the message to you due to mobile/email network problems.
Finding those lost contacts

We are currently designing a new facility that will help in the tracking down of Lost Contacts.
We have improved our Lost Forums to help in your search for an email address or phone number that you have encountered problems with.
Anyone can register a Lost Contact to the Forum or add comments ALL without registering so it is quicker and easier.
The search facility has also improved so you can find contact names easily and then you will be able to start a Forum if no such contact is logged with us.

OK finally we have a release date for this new facility. This will go live November 16th 2007.
This new facility will allow you to log any old numbers or email addresses and let our growing network track them down. You can come back & view your logged request rather than us emailing you so you can see all the messages in sequence. We have also upgraded registration by requesting less data and validating email addresses. This is important as all Pastinformation Co Ltd communication will be done by email so we need to ensure we have correct & valid details to keep you up to date.
